Dr. Joseph "Joe" Gorz, D.O.

Dr. Joseph Gorz is a board-certified family physician and third-generation doctor dedicated to compassionate, community-centered care. He provides full-spectrum services for patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—focusing on the whole person. Dr. Gorz tailors each treatment plan by considering not only medical history and medications, but also lifestyle, mental health, and environment.

A past president of the Oakland County Osteopathic Association and former delegate to the American Osteopathic Association, Dr. Gorz is committed to service locally and abroad. He has participated in medical global outreach trips to Belize, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Peru.

He often reflects on Martin H. Fischer’s words, “Diagnosis is not the end, but the beginning of practice,” a perspective that shapes his own belief in medicine as a continuing journey with each patient.
